Q-Do you offer airport pick up?
A-Yes, we offer pick up and drop off at airports including Portland International Jetport (PWM), Boston Logan Airport (BOS), Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT), as well as all the FBOs and regional airports.
Q-WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
A-We monitor all flights with the airline two hours prior to arrival so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. You can contact us if you’d like, but our drivers will always be there whether your plane lands earlier or later than the scheduled arrival time.
Q-WHAT IF I JUST WANT A QUOTE?
A-Instant quotes and pricing are done by clicking the “Reserve Now” button. Then simply enter you trip information and click the blue “Show Rates” button. If you have a special request, or you don’t need a trip amount instantly, please fill out the no obligation form at the top of the home page, and someone will get back with you shortly.
Q-HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY RIDE?
A-Yes for over the phone reservation only, for online reservation payment will be processed online.
Q-WHAT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO BOOK MY RIDE WITH ELITE BLACK CAR SERVICES?
A-You can click on the blue “Reserve Now” button at the top right corner of every page, which will take you to a form where you can make your reservation in 3 easy steps. Q-ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES?
A-Toll roads can be used at your discretion and will be added to the final trip amount. If you choose to have your driver park inside the parking lot of a concert or sporting event, you will need to pay for parking upon entry.
